Parama Sinha Palit, PhD., is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Impact and Policy Research Institute (IMPRI), New Delhi. A Cooperative Monitoring Center (CMC) Fellow with the Sandia National Laboratories, the US Department of Energy in 2021, she was also a Consultant with the CRDF Global, USA in 2022. Her latest book, New Media and Public Diplomacy: Political Communication in India, the United States and China was published early last year. Parama is the author of Analyzing China’s Soft Power Strategy and Comparative Indian Initiatives as well. Parama has also held research positions at the  Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) in Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore  and  the Swedish South Asian Studies Network (SASNET), Lund University.
